Hello Family,
Wanted you give you an
update about some things happening around this busy place.
* This Sunday is our Discover the Journey class, if you are relatively new to our church we want to invite you to join us in the living room after service for s short time of
getting to know us, our vision and our leaders. Refreshments will be provided, and any questions you've ever wanted to ask a pastor this is the time.
* This Sunday after the
service we will have a Haiti Missions meeting. We are taking a team of people (both old & young) to Haiti in August & want to share with you about what exciting opportunities God is opening
up to us. From building a home for a needy family to ministering to orphans, we hope to take the message of Jesus & share it with beautiful people. Linda Kohn will lead it in the back of the
sanctuary. If you've ever thought about missions this is your chance.
*Memorial weekend potluck
coming up after service on May 27th. The church will provide the meat, we just need you to provide the sides, salads & desserts. Last names A-O sides/ salad P-Z desserts. Looking forward to a
great time with great weather & friends. We would also like some men to help with the barbecue, if your available please see Pat Malone this Sunday
* YOUTH MINISTRY
This Thursday the youth
is going to "Pure Rebellion" conference up in Denver, they leave the church at 5 & should be back around 10ish. Just a little $ for stopping for food is all that's needed.
also camp brochures are
in, we need you to get your filled out and send in your $50 deposit for CONE camp this summer, July 23-27th . This camp has proven results for life change. We also are in need of scholarships for
teens. See Andrew for more info.
Desperation Conference is
in June 27th- 29th
Water World, Elitches,
and tons more is coming up for our youth.
*Ladies Tea is June 2nd
Saturday. Don't miss this wonderful, elegant time of gathering together as ladies for some good refreshments, tea & an inspiring message. Invitations are now available.

Dr. Joel Kinch is coming back to help us with our nutrition and scriptural support of maintaining our bodies as instruments of righteousness.
